Social media is hell and I'm not on it. (Used to be on it, deleted it on an impulse, we stand by the decision.) I don't currently run an email newsletter (might start if requested?) and can't get my head around RSS, so the best way to keep track of this blog is to bookmark it.
Below are some links you might find helpful if you also experience DID/OSDD.
DID-research.org
Plural Research Collective Newsletter -- to keep up with recent research into plurality and dissociation
THRIVE Lifeline -- Non-carceral crisis, warmline, and group support, centering multiply marginalized communities
An Infinite Mind and their annual conference (which you can attend anywhere online or in person in Orlando Florida USA, happens in February) Healing Together
Petals Of A Rose -- A 15-minute short film that ACCURATELY portrays DID
dissociative.cafe -- a social site for people with dissociative disorders (I haven't joined yet, but I've lurked around a bit and it looks good.)
Dissociative Writers -- An online community for writers with dissociative disorders (must pay to join)
Lighthouse -- A safe and supportive space for systems to explore their thoughts and feelings, identify their different alters, and develop healthy and positive communication internally (Private Journal Site) Highly recommend!
Mytter on Iphone/Ipad and Google Play. I/we use Mytter when we need to take a quick note and paper isn't available but the phone is. This app developer, Shigenori Kumagai, has a number of other apps available on both iphone and android that may be helpful, including Mystagram, SelfTalking, and StickyTalking.
Winterline13's Free/Name-Your-Price Printable Bullet Journal Sheets
Several DID Youtubers I reccomend:
The CTAD Clinic
The Rings System
The Alexandrite System
The Entropy System
Artist I recommend:
Alteredpanel draws an incredible comic about their experiences with DID both on tumblr and on bluesky
Books and Zines I've read and recommend (reviews coming soon):
